What is a Build?
A Build is a short, focused course that helps you apply one behavioural principle (like consistency, identity, or focus) to real life. Each Build lasts a few days and is broken into daily modules, designed to be clear, actionable, and easy to integrate into your day.
How does the AI coach work?
Your AI coach supports you through each Build with structured daily guidance based on behavioural science. It’s there to help you follow through; offering clarity, encouragement, and support if you stall. Not robotic. Just a calm, consistent companion.
Do I have to follow a strict method?
No. Giju is flexible by design. We provide the scaffolding, you decide how to use it. Whether it’s pen and paper, voice notes, Notion, or a Word doc, the system adapts to you. What works for you, works for us.
Where does it all happen?
Each day’s module is delivered to your WhatsApp. You’ll also have access to a lightweight cockpit where you can browse Builds, track your journey, and reflect on what you’re learning. One login, no complexity, just the tools you need to build your system.
